Where in Florida does your cousin live? I'm afraid I have to disagree with your statement about medical care. Where are your sources and or data to back that up? Please don't give me anecdotes. I have practiced medicine here for over 30 years, and from my experience, like everywhere else, there are people and pockets of both good and bad care.
