My wife and I love them and usually cook them oven roasted. They are also good with some butter, lemon juice and roasted pine nuts after they come out of the oven. I have a funny true story about them. After my divorce, I would have my teenage daughters over for dinner at least one night per week. I was starting to cook. I ask them what they liked to eat and the oldest said “sprouts.” I made them one night and they turned their noses up. It turns out she had meant the alfalfa sprouts you eat raw in a salad.
