Linda, this recipe looks fantastic. However, I believe your nutritional breakdown of coconut milk is incorrect. I am looking at a can now, and one serving (1/3 cup) has 140 calories and 14 grams of fat. Although there is no cholesterol, it is loaded with saturated fats (60%).
