I think there is a correlation between cashless bail and progressive AG’s not enforcing laws and a rise in crime. But what do I know? I listen to frustrated police who keep arresting he same criminals over and over again. The death penalty for example is not a deterrent since the consequence, if it ever occurs, is separated from the murder by decades.
