I divorced my second wife because she was an alcoholic and couldn’t take care of herself, much less our 12 year old daughter. She died of alcoholic liver disease 9 months later. Four stints in rehab made no difference. Losing her husband and child made no difference. People are going to do whatever they want and it’s usually not what you want wish or hope for.
