I could not agree more. Dead on accurate. And since I cook a lot, one of my pet peeves is a blog with a recipe I want to make. Then you discover it is far away after subjecting you to paragraphs of useless crap, like "I ate this matzoh ball soup every year when my grand-aunt Sarah made it," or some other maudlin irrelevant stuff. Thankfully, there is usually a "jump to recipe" shortcut hiding somewhere that is as easy to find as "Where is Waldo."
