Great idea about the steel cut oats. I am a big oatmeal fan and even make my own granola. But I do notice 2-3 hours after eating my oatmeal I am hungry again and wondered about a rise in my insulin and drop in blood sugar as a result. Do you know if the glycemic index is different with SC Oats and as opposed to rolled oats?
