Goat milk also has lactose. Regarding almonds requiring water, I do not disagree about the amount of water needed to grow almonds. However, that problem could have been solved years ago by California building desal plants. They have 1000 miles of coastline and could have an endless water supply for the entire state were it not for irrational environmental arguments against them.
