Finding Peace During Difficult Times
The oft-quoted Serenity Prayer can serve as a reminder and roadmap to tranquility
The Serenity Prayer is most associated with Alcoholics Anonymous, Al-Anon, and other Twelve Step programs. Having lost a wife to alcoholism, and a veteran of many Al-Anon meetings, I can recite the prayer in my sleep. And sometimes I say it when I can’t.
