Extensive and excellent review. I fish in the Gulf of Mexico and eat lots of fish; mostly grouper and snapper. I rarely eat King mackerel but enjoy Spanish mackerel. I don’t eat shark and very rarely eat swordfish . I eat lots of salmon from Alaska-not farm raised. I don’t worry about mercury.
