However, I would disagree with your conclusion about wine and the “ Blue Zones.” The Blue Zones’ benefits were the ones that overlapped at all of the sites. For example, community, eating mostly vegetables, daily exercise, etc. The Greek Island was the only one where they drank alcohol that was mentioned in the Netflix series. Moreover, the long living residents of Lona Linda are mostly Seventh Day Adventists who large,y shun the use of alcohol.
