I am not buying this study. As with other similar "observational" type studies, correlation does not equal causation. Yes, there are some toxins in fish but maybe the people who ate more fish were also ones who spent more time in the sun. Did they control for family history, use of sunscreens, and fair complexions.? That;s my point.
I am a big fan of chacuterie but do not eat if often due to the highly processed meats and nitrates.
